Hello GBM Friends!!! Do you know the dangers of Hemaroid symptoms and disease? Let's follow our article so you can be more alert and prevent it before you experience it. Hemorrhoids or hemorrhoids tend to be considered a disgrace. Usually people who suffer from hemorrhoids tend to keep quiet and don't want to talk about it and are even reluctant to go to the doctor even though hemorrhoids are a common health problem in society. Hemorrhoids are a medical condition where there is swelling of the veins in the area around the anus or lower rectum. Even though it is not classified as a deadly disease, hemorrhoids can cause discomfort due to the itching and pain it causes. Hemorrhoids can occur at any age, but are more common in people aged 50 years or older.

Symptoms of hemorrhoids can vary depending on the severity of the disease. Some common symptoms that can appear include:

1. Bleeding when defecating One of the main symptoms of hemorrhoids is bleeding during bowel movements. The blood that appears is usually bright red and can be seen on the toilet paper or in the toilet. This bleeding occurs because swollen blood vessels burst or are injured when feces pass through the anus.

2. Itching or burning feeling in the anus area Hemorrhoids can cause itching or burning around the anus. This is caused by irritation that occurs due to swelling and inflammation of the affected blood vessels. This itching is usually more pronounced after defecating and can make the sufferer feel uncomfortable.

3. Pain or discomfort in the anus area Swelling of the hemorrhoidal blood vessels can cause pain or discomfort in the anal area. This pain can be felt when sitting, standing, or when defecating. This pain is generally dull and feels like there is a lump in the anus.

4. Lumps around the anus In some cases, hemorrhoids can cause visible or palpable lumps around the anus. This lump usually occurs when a swollen blood vessel comes out of the anus and gets pinched outside. This lump can cause discomfort and be difficult to return to the anus.

5. Discharge from the Anus In more severe cases, hemorrhoids can cause fluid to come out of the anus. This discharge is usually bright red in color and may be accompanied by a feeling of discomfort in the anal area. This discharge is caused by an injury or infection in the swollen blood vessels. If you experience one or more of the symptoms above, consult a doctor immediately. Although hemorrhoids are not a fatal disease, proper and fast treatment can prevent more serious complications.

To prevent hemorrhoids, there are several steps you can take, including:

1. Consume High Fiber Foods

Foods high in fiber, such as fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, can help prevent constipation and improve bowel movements. By defecating regularly and not hard, you can reduce the risk of swelling of the blood vessels around the anus.

2. Avoid Delaying Defecation

Delaying defecation can cause the feces to become hard and difficult to expel. This can increase pressure on the blood vessels around the anus and cause swelling. Try to go to the toilet as soon as you feel the need to defecate.

3. Avoid Straining Too Strongly

Straining too hard when defecating can increase pressure on the blood vessels around the anus. Try to defecate calmly and don't strain too much.

4. Avoid Sitting for Too Long

Sitting for too long can increase pressure on the blood vessels around the anus. If your job requires a lot of time sitting, try to stand or walk for a while every 30 minutes.

5. Maintain ideal body weight

Being overweight can increase the risk of hemorrhoids. Try to maintain an ideal body weight by eating healthy foods and exercising regularly.

By maintaining a healthy lifestyle and following the preventative steps above, you can reduce the risk of hemorrhoids.
